Nikola Fox BSc – Landscape and Garden Design

Nikola Fox is an award-winning Garden Designer based in East Sussex and a registered member  of the Society of Garden Designers.  She works throughout the South East of England and in London.

The most important consideration for Nikola is working closely with her clients to create a beautiful garden to fulfil their aspirations, whilst carefully considering the style and setting of the property. Whatever your hopes for your garden, formal and fun, structured or more relaxed, these must always be at the forefront of the design.

Her love of gardens developed during her childhood when she was influenced by a family history of horticulture and farming. Nikola took a degree in botany, then studied horticulture as an apprentice gardener at the world-famous RHS gardens, Wisley. She studied garden design under John Brooks and then put this into practice for well known specialist nurseries in Suffolk and Sussex, gaining a wealth of experience before setting up Fox Garden Design, in Sussex.

Her particular interest in ecology and exciting plant combinations has enabled her to work in different climates throughout the UK, Europe and America. This, together with a love of art, has provided a perfect platform for garden design.

She was awarded a Gold Medal for one of her gardens at The Chelsea Flower Show on Main Avenue and has awards in national competitions for the BBC “Pebble Mill at One” and The Times.

Fox Garden Design offers consultations and full planning for your garden and its aftercare.
